A Special Notice : Outage to Emergency Procedures Additional Comments: Additional Comments: PJM will be performing a system maintenance on Emergency Procedures today, 03/18, from 1300 hours to 1500 hours EPT. During this time, Emergency Procedures may be unavailable for up to 5 minutes. PJM Emergency Procedures events will be communicated, as normal, via PJM All-Call and/or direct operator-to-operator communications.
